Samba MasterClass was founded by Master Brazilian percussionist Jorge Alabe together and world-class percussionist and educator Michael Spiro to offer a way to study Brazilian percussion online from an authentic source. Our goal is to create a library of online lesson lessons for the study of various percussion forms in Brazilian drumming's diverse repertory, including rhythm styles from Escola de Samba, Pagode, Candomble, and other folk and contemporary styles, and demonstrating both simple and more advanced levels.
